PLANT: Shrubs or small trees. LEAVES: simple or pinnately compound. INFLORESCENCE: racemes or panicles. FLOWERS: showy; calyx campanulate with 5 small deltoid lobes; corolla yellow or orange, tubular-campanulate; stamens exserted or included, the anthers glabrous or pilose. FRUITS: linear capsules.
