Weedy grazed fields. Mostly sandy alluvial soils but with some low hills of ± heavy hardened clay or loam. Dominated by weedy grasses and Erodium.
Notes:
Annual. Locally abundant, strictly localized on a low, rounded hillside of ± heavy soil. [P. purshii Roemer + Shultes v. oblonga (Morris) Shinners]
