Location Remarks: Golden Gate Canyon State Park Damascus Road to the north from Gap Road and NW of Golden off Hwy 72 to the curve where it meets Raccoon Trail and Elk Trail.. Along the northern most part of this trail, the plants are found on both sides of the spring-fed stream.
Elevation: 2695 meters Verbatim Elevation: 8841ft
Habitat: Partly shady montane aspen forest along flowing streambank in moise spring-fed stream area with rotting logs.
Associated Species: Populus tremuloides, Picea englemannii, Pinus contorta, Equisetum pratense, Dodecatheon pulchellum, Swertia perennis, Coeloglossum viride, Fragaria virginiana, Mertensia lanceolate, Achillea lanulosa, Salix sp.
