on NW-facing slopes. Steep slopes with grassland dominated by Bromus rubens and B. diandrus with patches of Eastwoodia elegans.
Flowering & Fruiting
A common annual on dry slopes and flats; fls. orange, not obviously heterostylous. Dense rusty pubescence on calyx. Are plants intergrades with A. tessellata?
