Habitat: Boulders, in grass or oak litter. Oak-pinon-juniper area.
Description: Common among boulders. Pads laying along ground in chain, several branches from a common center; all pads in contact with ground, rooted, some no longer connected to center where root is tuberous. A few immature fruits.
