Habitat: Upland habitat with NW- and NE-facing slopes of 40 degrees surrounding a draw with gentler 30-degree slopes; mixed conifer overstory of Pseudotsuga menziesii, Pinus ponderosa, and Picea engelmannii; with Quercus gambelii, Ribes, Juniperus communis, Prunus virginiana, Arctostaphylos, Solidago, Penstemon, Apocynum, Allium, Verbascum thapsus, and Corylus cornuta at lowest part of the draw.
