NYC DOT has fortunately not weed wacked (so much) the space between the bike path and the river adjacent to the southbound on ramp for the Henry Hudson Highway (HHH) between 129th and 127th. Consequently, there are many wildflowers to be seen there. And you know this is New York because of the presence of the small envelope used to hold crack. DOT does not pick up trash so much. They only wack weeds. Their goal is neat, sterile, bland.
