Private property is being heavily encroached by shrubs and turning the high quality fen into a patchwork of degraded/healthy fen. Fire managed sedge meadow; Carex tetanica, Sporobolus heterolepis, and Dasiphora fruticosa common; about 7m south of conifer/shrub line; many Frangula saplings despite burn (growing out of old root stocks).
