Private property is being heavily encroached by shrubs and turning the high quality fen into a patchwork of degraded/healthy fen. Previously cleared of shrubs as evidenced by many stobs in area; now is a sedge meadow; Thelypteris palustris common; some Frangula alnus making a comeback in area; about 100m north of sweet clover field and large Quercus sp. Tree; ground moist but not inundated.
