Habitat:
Prairie fen runs along Spring Mill Creek. Edges are wooded with oaks. Horribly overgrown with many large areas that were marked as fen, now dense shrub carr. 2m north of Spring Mill Creek, 100m from road (to the west Carex and Asteraceae meadow with Cornus shrub layer and tamarack and Toxicodendron vernix. It is being encroached by forest on the north and south side, and invasives along the creek.
Description:
Population - Only a few in quadrat, many more near streambank, flowering, less the further from stream.
