Elevation: 249 meters (817ft)
Habitat: Fen curves around east and south portions of the lake. Many "No Trespassing" signs posted. Mostly herbaceous Cyperaceae with shrubs on borders. Actively maintained by The Nature Conservancy. Fay Lake Road borders on east and south side fo fen. 5m north of 2-track, 30m from lake. Directly across from log cabin house. Ground is wet, puddling in footsteps, but no standing water in immediate area. Area dominated by Cyperaceae with occasional shrubby cinquefoil.
Description: Population - 7-10 individuals per 1m2 area for 30m2. More uniformly dispersal, found near Carex in wet soil.
