Habitat: Marshy beach near dock. Brown silty clay. Grasses-Baccharis hal.-Iva frut. complex. Perennial herb, ca. 25 cm. Spreading on ground. Dense stand here. Glumes green with buff edges.
Reproductive Condition: flowering + fruiting=mid
