Associated Species: Salix gooddingii, Prosopis velutina, Opuntia, Cynodon dactylon, Tetramerium nervosum, Baccharis salicifolia, Eysenhardtia orthocarpa, Juniperus deppeana, Artemisia ludoviciana, Epilobium canum, Aristida ternipes, Disakisperma dubium, Astrolepis, Heteropogon contortus, Xanthium strumarium.
Description: Much-branched woody shrub, 3 m; thorny stems with zigzag shape; fruiting.
