Habitat: Silty sand to sandy alluvial deposited soils and rework riverine gravel and cobbles. Western Wheatgrass, Desert saltgrass and alkali Sacaton plant community.
Associated Species: Russian Olive, Salt cedar, very scattered Fremont cottonwood, Coyote Willow, and Rubber Rabbitbrush.
