Location Remarks: Vicinity of coordinates; coordinates not obtained in situ with GPS but estimated post-collection event using mapping programs. Coordinates considered accurate to within 100 m.
Habitat: High quality SE-facing sandstone glade (Middle Atoka Formation) with numerous ledges & scattered post oak, cedar, & winged elm.
Associated Species: Growing with Plantago virginica, P. patagonica, Cheilanthes lanosa, Rumex hastatulus, Coreopsis grandiflora, Vulpia octoflora, Krigia virginica, Valerianella nuttallii, Dichanthelium linearifolium, Oxalis violacea, & Woodsia obtusa.
Reproductive Condition: fruit

Notes: Scattered to locally common in more barren, thin-soiled areas around bedrock outcrops.
