The Ben Franklin annotation of this specimen to Y. utahensis definitely appears to be accurate. Interesting to see a photo attached to this specimen - very unusual for an old specimen like this. A closer look at the details in that photo clearly shows a paniculate inflorescence as expected for Y. utahensis but not for Y. harrimaniae. The robust nature of the plant and long narrow and somewhat flexible leaves would all point to Y. utahensis.
