United States, Kentucky, Madison, Berea College Campus, in Quadrangle just west of Hall Science Building and NW of Picea abies and Quercus alba: ephemeral and rare.
Ephemeral and rare. Native to Russia and SW Asia. Perianth rotate, deep blue, usually 1-3 scapes with a single flower. Escaped from cultivation (Gleason & Cronquist 1963, p. 206).
