Gainesville, UF campus, Natural Area Teaching Lab; 185 m south-southeast of the SW corner of the Center for the Performing Arts Bldg.; 110 m east of the fence enclosing the Florida Division of Plant Industry; 10 m south of the "main" trail. Ruderal pine-hardwood hammock. Erect to spreading herb or subshrub to 1.2 m with showy, yellow flowers.
