Senecio flaccidus Lessing var. douglasii (DeCandolle) Turner & Barkley, det. N. Lederer, Nov. 2001. Original ID: Senecio spartioides, dupl. det. S. Welsh. Some plants to 1 m tall. Ray flowers yellow, disk flowers darker yellow. Chromosome voucher. Silica dried leaves preserved at the DNA Bank, Missouri Botanical Garden.
