Associates included Argythamnia aphoroides, Bouteloua curtipendula, Cirsium texanum, Croton monanthogynus, Evolvulus nuttallianus, Gaillardia pulchella, Schizachyrium scoparium, Stillingia texana, Thelesperma filifolium, Tridens muticus.
