Habitat: Mowed cemetary. Soil characteristics: Schriever silty clay loam (Sh)- very deep, poorly drained, very slowly permeable soils that formed in clayey alluvium. Associated plant species: Magnolia grandiflora, Platanus occidentalis, Quercus virginiana, Acer rubrum var. drummondii, Quercus texana, Quercus stellata, Juniperus virginiana, Sambucus nigra ssp. canadensis, Triadica sebifera, Punica granatum, Cycas revoluta, Trifolium repens, Stenotaphrum secundatum, Paspalum urvillei, Sonchus asper, Youngia japonica, Verbena brasiliensis, Sorghum halepense, Oxalis dillenii, Cirsium horridulum var. horridulum, Allium canadense var. canadense, Nothoscordium bivalve, Cyperus rotundus, Bromus catharticus, Digitaria ciliaris, Oenothera biennis, Cynodon dactylon, Lepidium virginicum, Medicago polymorpha, Sisyrinchium rosulatum, Portulaca oleracea, Dichondra carolinensis, Parthenium hysterophorus, Mimosa strigillosa, Habranthus tubispathus. Rare.
