Habitat: Desert shrub community on sandy-silty terrace in canyon of metamorphic volcanic boulders. Community of Quercus turbinella, Simmondsia chinensis & Acacia greggii
Associated Species: Rhus ovata, Celtis, Dichelostemma
Description: Uncommon. Flowers pale purple with long slender spur.
Notes: Synonym = Linaria canadensis var. texana
