Locality: United States, Colorado, Gunnison, Maxfield Meadow, south of Gothic. Collected along roadside off of County Road 317 just downhill of pedestrian path to RMBL campsites.

Habitat: Vegetated meadow bordered by aspen; near County Road 317 and a private road; trafficked by scientists, Gothic overflow residents, and deer.
Associated Species: Growing with many other grasses.
Reproductive Condition: Fertile
